HOW TO MAKE A CHICKEN KATSU

guys... Today I will cooking something simple food for you try in your home J
If you
hungry or you want eat something but you so lazy to out of your home, you can
try to make it this simple food in your home.
You
know Chicken Katsu? Yaa I sure all of you know that food. I will make Chicken
Katsu for snack in afternoon or everytime. Its so easy and simple to make it.
Now
lets it to make it.
For
the first time, lets prepare the ingredients..
2. Wheat flour
3. Bread flour
4. Egg
5. Milk
6. Salt
7. Pepper
8. Garlic
9. Ginger
10. Lemon
After
the ingredients is complete and ready, lets we start cooking this food...
- The first, beat the chicken breast fillet with the beef hammer. Oia remember do that with slowly... don't so fast and hard like you express your anger. haha
- And than, mix chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger and lime. And let it penetrate for 30 minutes - 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remember! You must wash your hand with clean.
- Get a bowl to mix some ingredient.
- Next, mix an egg and milk. Then, shake it until smooth.
- After that, mix the chicken breast with wheat flour, and dip it into egg and milk. And spread it with bread flour. And than, save it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes in the refrigerator.. remove it and start to fry this chicken
- Prepare cooking oil in the pan, Once the oil is hot and sizzling, slowly drop the chicken pieces into the pan. Use the sides of the pan to drop the pieces.
- Remove chicken pieces from the pan once they are golden brown in color. Be careful to do that ya.
- And than, you can also check if the chicken is well cooked by piercing and opening a slit.
- And the last, cut into slice and serve it with salad and sauce
Finish.. and this is it the chicken katsu.. so simple and easy
